Complain to the CRTC, but don't waste your time with the do-not-call list compaints - the calls are from outside the country and the call-display number is spoofed, so you are wasing your time.  (Bell say's the # is out-of-service.) Compain to the CRTC about BELL instead! For the money we pay for phone service they should be able to block calls with spoofed call-display numbers.

they called last night, i asked the guy before going further give me you access code that way i will be able to reach you......he said i cant.....so i said stop calling here......the answer   its impossible ......i said why?? ....the answer  because i love you  grrrrrrrrr i was piss......if somebody have the solution to get rid of them  pleaseeeeeeee let me know

Called the number back and said it was not in service. Where do these calls come from
