Claiming to be from Visa and Mastercard Services, with a heavy accent. Don't even give them the time of day.

Mumble, mumble, mumble. Something about my current Visa (I don't have a Visa)I had to shout over him to tell him I'm on the Do Not Call list. He hung up on me. Reported the number anyways.

Looks like the idiots are at it again as I received another call with no message being left on voicemail.

Just received a call from this number. No one at other end, and they hung up after a few seconds.Came here to get the scoop--yes, a scam!

i also received a call from this guy ,,,who was saying that he would give me better rates on my visa card ,,this is really a scan ,,stupid like i got caught ,,before i relizied it wasn't scotia bank at all that was calling ,,I called scotia bank they said it was a scan i had to delete my visa card ,,,this #is in Toronto somewhere ,,hope they fine out about this crook fast enough people are really going to lose out big time ,,

I just got a call from "Jack Anderson" with a heavy accent.  Said he is from Credit Card services and wanted to lower my interest rate.  Asked a bunch of questions and already knew a lot of information about me.  Crazy!!  I am cancelling my cards!!
