This number called me in area 604, without leaving a message.  Didn't recognize the area code so found the number on this blog.  Thanks for the warning.  I will not call back or answer in future.

I got a call from (519) 799-2323 as well, just wondering if it relates to my job hunting. sending out resumes via email and it could be to those telemarketers. too co-incidental.

This number it seems is all across Canada spam as per say. Why are these spammers permitted to keep operating without citizens being able to get satisfaction of them being shut down they do not perform anything useful.F
