I would just like to say that you people SUCK!!!....it was recently brought to my attention that last year a very dear friend of mine...I will not mention her name...was completly and unneccesarily put down and humiliated by your receptionist in puslinch. My friend is the most loving and caring women I know. She is a teacher that works with disabled children. She has dedicated her life to these kids and honestly I dont know where my own son would be without her. This saint of a women has always gone above and beyond the call of duty and has even discreatly put money out of her own pocket and many many occassions for these kids for personal activities!, mine included. I met her 17 years ago when I was a struggling young single mother and she was my sons teacher and she changed our lives!!....She does alot of charity work all on her own free time and one of the places she tries so desperatly to get funding for is sunrise theraputic riding camp, your neighbor! they work with all kinds of kids, they also work with disabled children, they are sooo great with these kids, my son always looked forward to going, but they have been struggling because they too reley alot of funding. My friend has over the years bent over backwards to try to keep their heads above water, I dont know where some of these kids would be without sunrise. She decided to approach your company to explain to you what sunrise does and if you would be interested in learning more....this is not a pushy women, she is very kind, soft spoken and if anything, thin skinned, she does not like approaching people but feels she cant let these kids down!.....well, after being deliberatly ignored by your receptionist for a very long period of time...the receptionist turned and snapped at her....is there something you want!!!...as my timmid friend tries to explain to her why she is there and asks is there anyone she could possably speak to, this horrible women rudly snaps...."no there is nobody here!!its me just me!....when my friend asked if she could leave her card, Mrs. Mc Nasty say's sarcastically...sure and you know what (so and so) will do with it, he will file it in this box and so on and so on until it comes back to me in wich case I will file it there,...as she points to the garbage, there was alot more said than this, but my point is....there was absolutly no reason to treat another human being like this!!!, it is absolutly discusting. My friend is such a selfless person and to see her being treated so badly is infuriating!..she does not know I am writing this and would probably not approve but I think it is important...this nasty women at your front desk is representing your company, and as far as I can tell, she shows your company is heartless and cruel. I am so discusted I think I may even go further than this letter!
