literally phoned me twice.... said 420 is coming up? and if i get caught smoking a joint ill be arrested?? then the second call talked about weed??? but it wont let me phone the number back... doesnt make sense

If you get a call back just say this.But dont say a name at all do this.If you live in a city say this ( CITY POLICE ) that all.If you live in a town say this ( O.P.P. ) that all.Or if you have the ( R.C.M.P. ) just say that.If you live on a Military Bas just say this ( MILITARY POLICE ) that all you need to do.But dont say your name just dont.  This will stop them from calling you back.It work thay dont call back.

Like the other guy said, internet says the number is owned by  Hayward Auto sales - a used car auction place in Kitchener.No message left.Try to call it back and get an "All circuits are busy" message
