Caller: SCAM ALERT - Visa Fraud Department

Received an automated call from this phone number claiming to be the Visa Fraud department claiming there were unauthorized transactions that were applied to my account. Chose option 2 to "stop these tranactions from being processed" and immediately got transferred to representative named "Mike" who had an obvious East Indian accent. RED FLAG! Entertained his conversation for a bit giving completely false information and knew it was a scam the second he apparently pulled up my account with just the false name I provided without verifying any other personal information. When I started questioning his motives and asking him why I can't see these fraudulent transactions when I sign into my online account (note, I don't even have a Visa card), be abruptly hung up on me. Shocking....
