you can't block toll free numbers 800-877-866 etcor american numbers

It is a TD Canada Trust number, I did call the number back. I have to loads PERIOD, so it isn't bill collection. Secondly my number is 3 days old. I have received 2 calls today, so i went to the "The National Do Not Call List" at https://www.lnnte-dncl.gc.ca/insnum-regnum-eng  only takes 1 min to enter your number.

They've been calling me several times a day for a month. I've never yet picked up because I don't pick up unidentified calls, especially when they don't leave messages. These people can basically eat my a**, whoever they are.

STOP any further calls. So annoying as no one replies when I answer the phone. Calls 4 + times a day

You can't block american numbers and you can't block any toll free numbers as 800- 866-877I've tried and Bell has told me we can't block these numbersbut if you owe a company who is calling, you better call them back  and make arrangements or they can make huge problems for you

Will someone from the gov't. telecom dept. do something about this fraudulent activities... It's disturbing!
