hangs up when calls. 2 times now. on my cell phone.

They have called everyday for two weeks and I cannot get them to stop. Can anyone tell what they are saying before they hang up?

answered phone, no response.

i've been called from this company 3 times now always a different number but when i call back it always goes to the same answering machine.(519) 660-1773(519) 660-8352(519) 660-8316

Jan 31 - (519) 660-8582 (PSI on display) called me and hung up.
Feb 4 - (519) 660-1764 male voice left msg "pls call PSI".  I didn't
Feb 5 - (519) 660-1773 (unavailable name) called, hung up when I answered
