This number just called me i picked up and they asked if annette was there i said speaking and then there was nothing..

My fiancee and I both received calls from this number. I called them back because I thought it was important and I heard that "the voicebox I was trying to reach was full and not excepting new messages right now." I didn't know the call was to Canada- I wouldn't have called back because I have a charge on my phone bill that I can't get credit for because I "technically" placed the call. I was so mad when I heard that!If anyone gets that call and they havent called back, DON'T!! You wont get your money back for it

I got 2 calls today from (519) 660-8031 when I pick up there is no one on the other end.  My caller ID says PSI.

Same as everyone else.  Phone call, pick up, no one there - call the number, says PSI no one available.

End of story.
