i would like to know who;s number this is

I've been called by these people twice and its infuriating and their number does not come up on any listing. However, I made the mistake of leaving my name as I thought that it could have been a relative of mine with that area code. Is there any way to find out who this person is so I can stop getting these calls?

Got a call to my cell this afternoon at 4:47pm due to sickness and at work, I can't speak loud and this person called my name twice (at first I though it was some recruiters cuz I recently applied to so many jobs) however since he doesn't hear my respone when he called my name (I response: speaking) he said No English, then hang up on me.  His weird action made me to do a research on this no to see which company this no falls on however it bring me to this link and I think this is very useful.

I just got a call from them as well.  If they keep calling, and hanging up, isn't that illegal?
