someone calls when i answer nobody speaks.called back voice mail answered didnt leave message

Just have this number on my call display....P.S.I. 1-(519) 660-1773...didnt leave a message

This person calls me repeatedly.  They just won't give up and no one will ever answer.

These people keep calling, leave no message, and only have a brief phonemail message when you call them back, which they never return. May their mothers rot from syphillis.

they just called me and said i was entered in some draw ?
