Don't know, just checked the number on Google. and sent me here.  Seems kind of iffy.

(519) 659-8671 is being used by Viewpoint - calling people with an automated system that asks if you are tied of paying cable bills - gives an option to press "1" and if you do the call is routed to a live sales representative.

This number is calling numbers on the National Do NOt Call List.  If you receive a call from them be sure to report them - goto https://www.lnnte-dncl.gc.ca/index-eng and follow the prompts.
