thanks for your comment, cewlio.  this number just left me a message saying they are a law firm and to contact them re a legal matter with the 407.  i haven't used the 407 since before 2000!!!

These guys are a total scammers, liars, and cheats. They facilitate the corrupt operations of the billing department of the 407 ETR.Sara Santos represents herself as a legal assistant but she is just another soulless grubby little debt collector.They started calling me saying i owed money from 15 years ago. Which was originally $11 is now over $1100 with interest. They could provide no proof of this. Stating that the 407 ETR does not to keep the video evidence. I quoted the Statutes of Limitations to her and she said that the 407 ETR is exempt from this law which is a complete lie.Don't believe a word these clowns say to you. The are trying to trick you into admitting to a debt you may or may not be responsible for. They want to reopen the Statues of limitations on your old debt so they can go after you.Ask for their business registration number,Ask for the person who is calling for their agent number.Ask if the are licensed to do collections in the province they are collecting in.Quote the statutes of limitation if your debt is over 2 years old (particularly if its from the 407 ETR) Check with MTO for plate denial. The SOL clock starts as soon as they put you into plate denial.Tell them you are disputing the claim against you and for them to stop calling you unless it is for the express purpose of informing you that they are taking legal actions through the courts.Don't get angry, Know your rights and their tricks by educating yourself on the debt collection laws in your province.

A friend of mind who doesn't even have a drivers license or even owns a cars got a call from this number and asked me to look it up. And now I know it's fake.
