I got a call from this number and they left a message. It sounded like and old lady and she was calling who she thought was her grandson. I tried calling back but immediately got a dial tone

I had answered an ad on kiijji in may 2015, was able call the number ( (519) 576-7700) lady called last night about new litter of puppies . I tried to call it today and it just goes back to dial tone ! Extremely exasperated !  Just would like to get a real puppy with no BS !

This number is simply a system access number for Distributel Long Distance.  It could be anyone from the Kitchener/Waterloo area who is a Distributel Long Distance Plan customer.

It's just an access code number for people who use Distributel long distance. It's probably just someone you know.

called and asked for frank, my middle name is frank. then he said he cudnt hear me and hung up.

# was left on caller ID as I was on another call.  Any attempt to call back results in "Call cannot be completed as dialed" or goes to dial tone after dialing.
