I got a call from this number and they left a message. It sounded like and old lady and she was calling who she thought was her grandson. I tried calling back but immediately got a dial tone

hi pat hope all is well tried to call you about your mom, please call me

THIS NUMBER called my home phone and the caller ID said" DISTRIBUTEL". I did not answer and then immediately afterward my cell phone rang and just showed the same phone number.

# was left on caller ID as I was on another call.  Any attempt to call back results in "Call cannot be completed as dialed" or goes to dial tone after dialing.

Who owns this number and why did he/she called. I tried to return the call but impossibe.

called and asked for frank, my middle name is frank. then he said he cudnt hear me and hung up.

This number is simply a system access number for Distributel Long Distance.  It could be anyone from the Kitchener/Waterloo area who is a Distributel Long Distance Plan customer.
