I have the same promo and recieved it from Cancun Calling, I figured it was a scam at first and spoke to the agents. I just went for the Cancun part of the vacation that they offered. I checked the billing statement from Tropical Travel and realized that it was just a merchant account name. I initially checked all background information and like you i checked tropicaltravel.com and .net but they had no like to that company either. Just to find out that they are a whole different company. But then when I spoke back to the customer service department of the company cancuncalling they explained to me that thats just their merchant account name and tropica travel the travel agency has a whole different merchant account name. Went ahead and clarified it with my family that it was completely safe and are planning on traveling before the end of the year after the kids come out from school.

I was walking on the main road to work and got a call. I have family who lives out that way so I answered it despite the logn distance charges. I couldn't hear anything but press 1, so I did. When it said I was being transferred, I hung up.

Had a british accent, male voice. Said "Hello" then a fairly long pause, then "You can only collect this prize..." at which point I hung up.

this is real a bought one, at firts i was afraid. ?they told me all the details i even got an all-inclusive package for $799 usd. and i already booked my dates for november 12. we are very happy and comfortable not everything its a scam i even called my credit card company right away, and everything was good.

I was very hesitant as well. What sounds too good to be true usually is. I had won 100,000 air miles too from the automated system! I however opted out of the Orlando trip and just went for the Cancun trip for $349.00 USD. I checked with my credit card, and there is no fraudulent warning. I am also waiting to what Susan will say. Once I receive my package and book my trip, and go on the trip, I will re-post my experience.
