They called today and my wife ask them to leave a message. They said they are from Redemption Center Tryed to call back and could not connect

got a call from this number ..telemarking scam...told him to get lost

Called 11:20am, March 12, 2013. Hung up before I could answer. I'm also in London, Ontario.

Got a call from the number today, asked to turn on my computer bacuse there is problems with it they need to fix, said he was from windows. Hacker maybe?

The guy asked for the homeowner. When I told him it was a business number, he said "Well, duh!". So I hung up.

Got a call from this number last night......but this was to say he was the Redemption Centre in Montreal and since I use my credit card often I had the choice of a few free gifts including a $100 gift card,,,,,,he said we have noticed you use your card???   so I said well I do not have a card so what then? he hung up! I like to p*** them off.....The law needs to do something with these people....I have also had them asking if I want my interest lowered, just give them my cc numbers and they will do it for me.......yeah right, like I am gonna do that....the thing that worries me, they will get some senior that thinks this is kosher, and do it...I worry for them....Also had the computer scam.....let him ramble on while I ran a tap, then said I don't have a pc......hung up on me again hahahaha....The RCMP need to get onto this....people are being scammed and they are using telephone lines to do it......also notice they all have asian type accents.....something needs to be done

Got a call today (feb 28) saying my number was randomly selected out of the London phonebook for a house alarm. The guy was extremely rude. Im not even in the London phonebook!!!

got a call from this number. didn't recognize it, so didn't answer. they left a blank message. called the number back to check who it was (since it seems to be a business and not just a local number calling by mistake), and my cell wouldn't even connect to their phone. Seems like the number isn't real/doesn't exist. When I dialed out it wouldn't even ring. I just got an error on my cell that "user is not responding, will not connect" which is what happens upon dialing a defunct number.

Ace tools.  They have been instructed by us over a month and a half ago to remove us from their calling list, but they continue to call anyway.

This number is a telco port number. (Sorry, don't know the technical terms) In English, it's a number that a telco will use to "forward" calls to the area nearby (in this case London Ontario). It's not really a phone line. It can make outgoing calls only, and that's why "kat" couldn't call it back, and "JKg" got a call from his wife through it. If I grab my cell phone (or anyone else's phone for that matter), and call my own business' 1-800 number, this (519) 432-8671 shows up on the call display in my office.This makes it real hard to track down morons, scammers, telemarketers, etc, since you really don't know who's calling when this number shows up. It could be legit or fake.Telcos should be forced to smarten up their acts.
