Air duct cleaning services AGAIN ! What GOOD is the Do NOT CALL LIST ????? They are harrassing and laugh when you tell them to stop !

Phone rang. I picked up and said 'hello'. No response then a hang up.

I tried to get them to talk, they just breathed heavy and hung up

I have had this number call me numerous of times and it is the same guy and he saids he is from an Air Duct Cleaning Company. I have asked for his manager or supervisor numerous of times and he repeatly tells me that he is the supervisor. I reply to him Stop Playing Games With Me and Get Me Your Manager or Supervisor and then he replies Ok Bye Bye and I say No Bye Bye and then he tells me he is the Supervisor and then he hangs up in my ear. I have tried to call the number back several times and the recording saids Your Call Can Not Be Completed As Dial.
