I think it may come from a calling card....I will let you know if I find something out.

We get numerous calls to our cell phone from this number.  When my wife has answered the calls, she thinks the man has a Filipino accent.  He usually asks for "Jerry," and my wife has explained many times that there is no "Jerry" at this number, but the calls continue.  He called yesterday (07/14) and said he had a drug order for "Jerry".  My wife explained that he had the wrong number, and he called her a liar.

We are also getting calls from what sounds like the same company but, instead of displaying a complete phone number, our cell phone displays only four digits.  Has anyone received calls like that?

I got tons of calls to my cell phone from this number like 20 a day when I answer they never talked..I moved to another city ,change my cell phone number and I started to receive calls to my home phone number from the same number..(519) 342-1038..Let me know if you guys find something out. Thank U

The area code is ontari, and to go along with what AC said I believe it is part of a calling card company but lagit, as far as the man with a philipino accent my only guess would be some one using a phone card to call them and prank them

Got a call at almost 10:30 last night on my cell phone.  I didn't answer because I usually don't when I don't recognize the number.  Now I've looked it up online this morning and found out what's going on.  Apparently this number is a routing number a calling card company uses.  So this guy is just a big scammer.  We need to figure out a way to stop him!
