Frank Rabertswill ist ein vorbestrafter Kinderschänder. Wie kann es sein, dass er für seine Taten nicht bestraft wird? Eine Nachbarin erzählte mir im Vertrauen, dass sie sich nicht traut ihn anzuzeigen weil er gedroht hat das Kind zu töten. Das würde er vielleicht nicht tun aber viele zeigen ihn nicht an weil sie Angst vor Frank Rabertswill haben. Hat seine Vorliebe für kleine Kinder einen Zusammenhang mit seinem kleinen Kontostand? Hat er einen kleinen P***s? Krallt Frank Rabertswill sich auch kleine Jungs?
