I am sorry to hear your frustration in receiving these calls. I would recommend that you file a complaint with the CRTC (Canadian Radio-Televison and Telecommunications Commission). Our house filed a complaint and a CRTC investigator is currently looking into it. The more complaints they receive about the same call from the same number, the more evidence they will have to prosecute.

they called about a month ago and my 12 year old daughter picked up the phone, the caller harrased her and demanded to know her facebook and said he wanted to be friends.
they called again today and i tried to get through to the manager and i explained the story, and he began telling me that my daughter should not be using facebook because she is twelve and that is is probably watching p0rn and then he hung up on me...

i am very disgusted and am determined to take these pedophiles down.

I have the same experience as others here. The east Indian guy says he's from "The Duct Cleaning company"Telling him you are on the DNC list has no effect. He says "he checked and you are not on the list".I did use their duct cleaning service once in the past. The original price of about $120 balloons pretty fast when they get to your house. They told me my furnace was pretty dirty and for only $100 more they would clean the furnace. To be fair, I had just bought this old house to fix up and it didn't look like anything had ever been cleaned there. A gas fitter told me you need to be licensed to to clean inside the furnace. They are not.The truck they show up in has some Toronto phone number on it and does not say "The Duct Cleaning Company". The guy then asks that the check be written out to someone else. Pretty shady.I have an idea. When these guys call again we should say we have moved and send them to different address.

This is an unsolicited phone call to my Do Not Call listed number trying toi sell me Duct Cleaning services. I have told them REPEATEDLY and asked REPEATEDLY that they do not call again, and to remove my phone # from their call list.

I tried calling them back as a test just to see who would answer and got the message that the number was not in service.

This guy is so ridiculously rude.  I asked if he was a telemarketer - screamed NO into the phone and hung up on me.  Next time he called I questioned him about it he said I must be confused and maybe my husband wanted to talk about their services.  I then told him that since he was being an arrogant jerk there was no way I would use his services and to take me off his list. He said he wouldn't and that he'd call back.  WTF?

Everyone should start calling them to see how they like being bugged. I finally kept them on the line and got their office number. (647) 857-9696
