Try adding your number to DO NOT CALL directory and see how many more SPAM calls all of a sudden you will get. Standard "press 1 to lower your credit-card rate" scammer.

As a Shaw Phone customer, I used <star><six><zero> to block future calls from their number.
In BC, Telus customers can do the same.

If you don't recognize the number, or your phone says number not available, etc. don't answer the phone.  simple as that.

That number called me here in New-Brunswick à 18h14.  I did not answer.  The phone rang steady for some time before they gave up.  I can feel they will call again.  It sucks!

I have blocked this # but shouldn't have to.  I am on the DNC list.
