Received a call on my cell from (514) 964-9988 pre recorded message in unknown language.  Strange hope this is not the same company associated with OAN Services... I even have a block on my cell for telemarketers.
 

Curiouser and curiouser!

Recording in Spanish, lots of "tape" noise.  Received on two different phones about 40 minutes apart - must be using a demon dialer looking for that illusive fool born every minute.
