Calls 3-5 times a week, hangs up when I picked up the phone...Never leaves a message on machine...

Got calls from this number many times this week. Most times no one ansers when I picked up my phone, and finally got someone speaking and saying he is doing some kind of market research. I asked him not to call again,,
