Josee.... if your hydro company gave anyone your hydro information...(without a warrant) they owe you some money ...breach of the "privacy agreement" its in small letters perhaps, ha but its there...and the would appear nicely in front of any court.  Good work with not falling for it... Everyone ..Take your time when talking to these people who call over the phone...not all are scams out there, even if they are annoying...if you are somewhat interested (or at least intrigued with what they selling) get their info or have them call you back ..AFTER..you have researched them ...the product...if its legit....and if this is actually useful to you. There cannot be enough said about taking your time and getting all the info...think of your credit card as your body...you would just give that out ...to just anyone...soooo beware ...and as another on here has said if ya got time ...and want to laugh and are pretty sure its a scam ....have some fun with them ...

Just got the call telling me my hydro bill was high and that government was offering this device to cut hydro by 40%. I ask him if they had a web site and he gave me this one here and i ask him for phone number and its the same one mentioned here.I was curious about this device so i wanted to see it and im glad i did cause i got to read all your comments , its a total SCAM.

Yeah...just got the call from this same company, guy had an accent was somewhat difficult to understand. The usual pressure to save money on hydro. I said no, they became insistent so I asked for the company name - Hydro Power - and asked for e-mail address - savehydropower.com - and the number (514) 907-7451. Looked up the address and here is all the scam info....thanks! Glad I listened to my gut instincts. I did ask how he got my hydro bill to begin with and he replied "from the federal government".
