They are scammer and they are sitting somewhere in India or Pakistan. their phone nos are (226) 444-3694 and (514) 907-7469.there is no such promotion from Govt as they claim.this is bogus device they are selling.beware of this company they are also called DTS.as its mentioned on their website they gave me.tradedts.com   and  savehydropower.com

this is a scam same one is happening in ns. power company doesn't ofer such a thing please don't spend your hard earn money on this device.their getting your names and number from phone book.

If you get a call from 'hydro energy saver' and they want to sell you the product for $200 DO NOT RESPOND. Without your permission they send you the product to the local post office and harass you, wanting you to go pay for the item. They call you constantly so make sure you DO NOT communicate with them. They say they're calling from NSW and that they have a Sydney based office in Fairfield. If you hang up on them they constantly call back and start using incredibly abusive language. ITS A SCAM, BEWARE!!!!!!!!
