I just received a call from (514) 904-4557 on my cell phone.  I checked the National Do Not Call List for Canada and apparently because it is a pre-recorded message that gives the caller's full address, it is legal for them to do this.  I reported the number to my cell phone service provider anyway, in case I am charged any fees from that number.

I just received a call from this number. Reading the messages above, I'm glad I didn't pick it up.

I called the phone company and they told me that it is a 3rd party long distance provider. I flagged the number with my phone company. What they do is that when you call back and go through the dial tone, you are being charged long distance calls that you have not made. Should you receive a similar call, flag the number right away with your phone company.

Got a phone call from this number on my cellphone and hang up after 5 seconds when the automatic message started rolling. They didn't called back. Good for them.
