I just received a call from (514) 904-4557 on my cell phone.  I checked the National Do Not Call List for Canada and apparently because it is a pre-recorded message that gives the caller's full address, it is legal for them to do this.  I reported the number to my cell phone service provider anyway, in case I am charged any fees from that number.

French-canadian woman (automated voice ) mentioned she was aware she might be calling on a cellphone line.
It was a survey to ask if I had any other phone lines in my home besides my cell phone.  They also offered to reimburse fees of my cell phone and if they exceeded 1$ to send them a copy of my bill.  This is the information they gave:

if u look up the adress in canada411, it gives us a marketing company called ASDE Inc...daYYYYuuum that s**t looks phoney as hell cuz when i called back i  got dial tone...mmmm

I called the phone company and they told me that it is a 3rd party long distance provider. I flagged the number with my phone company. What they do is that when you call back and go through the dial tone, you are being charged long distance calls that you have not made. Should you receive a similar call, flag the number right away with your phone company.
