Ipsos is a legitimate company and they just do surveys but if you dont want them calling just ask them or sign up for the national dnc list and block them from your cell phone if you dont want to wait the time for it to kick in which i believe is a couple weeks

Received call from this number two days in a row at 7:12pm and 7:15pm

Why do you need to speak french when everyone else is speaking English?  Give me a break!!!!!!
