Ipsos is a legitimate company and they just do surveys but if you dont want them calling just ask them or sign up for the national dnc list and block them from your cell phone if you dont want to wait the time for it to kick in which i believe is a couple weeks

A lady called wanting to know if I was on a cell phone and she wanted me to do a survey. I told her that I don't do surveys and to take me off her list.
