No one at calling end

Cannot find with reverse number.. Calling me everyday. STOP! Starving street vendors aren't allowed to do this, HOW can U?

I also get calls from that number almost everyday without being able to talk to anyone. What do they want ? Is there a way to make them STOP THIS ?
