READ THIS ONE!!!!(514) 876-1307 number has been calling my cell 5 times a day for almost 2 weeks!  I answered a couple times and it was just an auto-dialer.  I phoned the number back and there was a recording saying to call 1-+1 866-449-4430...even then...no people to yell at...just another recording where the only option was to enter your number and removed from the calling list......which would take 30 DAYS!!!Not good enough!!I phoned CIBC and got the number for their insurance department.  I told the person what was happening.  She confirmed that the company is called "Canadian Premier Life Insurance" and they sell credit card insurance.  She gave me the REAL number 1-+1 800-293-5008.  I phoned and gave the person that I spoke to a piece of my mind and told her that 30 days was UNACCEPTABLE and that I wanted my number removed IMMEDIATELY!  She asked for my name, address etc. and promised that she'd forward the info to her supervisor immediately. Which must have worked because I haven't gotten a single call since.

Somebody keep calling me from the above number since last 10 days. is anybody know who is he and why does he call to people....and does anybody know how do get rid of this problem.....please e-mail if you have some solution waqqarazeem @ gmail.comThanksZafar

They call many times and ramdonly, between 12pm to 1:30pm; 8-10pm; 7-8am EST.
They informed me they are on behaviour of CIBC Insurance and call ID number is generated by machine. Once a guy told me he called from Hamilton, ON.

I asked them to remove me from the calling list and I don't need it.

Typical telemarketing pattern: as the end of the month approaches and their lists have run down, their auto-dialer cycles through the remaining numbers faster and faster. They call every 10 mins here and it is driving us nuts. Tell them that you want to be put on a do not call list and they don't bother to do it. Why should some minimum wage agent care? They probably have one foot out the door anyhow. Aggravating people is one of their perverse joys in an otherwise dead end job. Been there, left because the culture is sick.

When you get this call tell them remove your phone number but don't forget ask his/her name first.They are from CIBC Insurance Dept

Finally answered this call since they have been calling me NON-STOP. Informed them that they are calling my cell phone, and that I didn't appreciate it. She responded that they are actually not allowed to call cell phones and would remove me from the list. :)
