I reluctantly answered this unknown call as it was on my cell phone.  They identified themselves as being from Telus and wanted to discuss my cell plan.  Well I allowed them to say their speech and ask me questions,  which ended up in a no-strings-attached offer which is now saving me a minimum of $25/mo in my shared plan because I'm a "valued customer".  So, y'know...it might be worth it to listen to what they can offer you!  You're the one with the control to say yes or no, they just want to make things better for you so they keep your business!

I'm not sure want you guys are talking about unless you actually spoke to someone from that # because when I looked up this # it is a personal # registered to a Telus Customer with H4J1M9 postal code. Their customer service office is not in Montreal
