I received 16 calls this month from (514) 827-5913 to my pay as you go phone which is 40 cents each even though I shut off the call, this is what Rogers did to me? from the display it shows 1-+1 877-889-2024 but when I checked my transaction details it was (514) 827-5913 ?????????

Hi everybody,it's normal that you're charged for accessing your Voice Mail. Every time you grant access to your voice mail, it returns a 0,20$ or 0,40$ depending on the time you pass taking your messages.Also, the number that appears on your bill, is just one of the mailbox servers of Rogers. For example, i just call my voicemail and it says 0,20$ with the phone number: (514) 992-1188 That's the reason why you guys think you have no message and someone is spamming your voicemail box.
