In regards to your post, I agree. Bratty kids broke a beer bottle on the street right in front of our house last night at midnight. Don't these kids go to bed or does she ever watch her kids. It's ok. I picked up all the broken glass and dumped on her property. May be these brats will think twice before they do something like this again. if it does, I will be calling the police.
