Who is this (514) 664-8629 that is billing me for collect calls?

there was a collect call on my phone bill for $50.  I don't even know anyone in montreal.  I have heard it is a scam.

You heard it's a scam? Where did you hear it from? CAn anyone be precise in this thread? And could it be possible to explain how did this happen? The phone call has to been made? Did you answer?

I received a call from the phone  number (514) 664-8629 , and i dont recognize this call , and I never authorized it.
it is happened before with my cell phone
