This phone # keeps calling and leaving me voice mails,  and I don't know them. I won't to stop it. I know it is coming from Canada

this # keeps calling and hanging up  when you answer . if you call back then it sounds like a fax

Its bell Canada trying to send you a fax.They do this sometimes when they can't get a hold of you and they hear a fax machine.  So they try to send a fax with a message on it.

If its, an anonymus caller to a fríens fax. He want it to stop. Is this possible?

This number keeps calling and when I answer it sounds like a fax and if I call it also sounds like a fax. They also use another number (416) 443-4760
