First call I got from them, the woman said it was to offer me an upgrade to my BMO Mastercard credit card. The line was bad and had to hang up. Now this number calls me everyday, since the past two weeks; never leaves a message, and when I answer, they just hang up on me. How to stop this number from calling?

Daily calls. No message.

Je reçois régulièrement ce genre d'appel même le soir.... C'est dérangeant...

Qui est derrière ce numéro. S'est identifié comme venant de BMO !  Vrai ??

Just think about it, if it was an important phone call they would leave a message, for instance if it was a call from your bank  because there was a problem with your account then they would surely leave a message.(514) 600-0183 is a debt collector agency. If you block this number they will call again using a different number. Debt collectors usually have a contract from the company that is owed money, this contract can be of 6 months or a year, if no money was recovered by the end of that contract, the company that is owed money if unsatisfied will simply sign a new contract with the same or a different debt collector agency, and this can go on and on for approx. 10 years.

They call every day at 3:45 and never leave a message.  I answered once and they asked for my wife and said they were from BMO Mastercard.

Ils téléphonent 4-5 fois par jour, 7 jours par semaine. Je ne réponds jamais et ils ne laissent aucun message. Comment faire pour qu'ils cessent de nous harceler ?
