I was charged 7 times $4,50 per minute for a call I did not made ???? called my local comapny and they did not know who charged me. is there a way to avoid this ???? to have them calling me or charging me another time ? I am annoyed...

I've been charged 3 times $4.50 from (514) 555-1212, calls I did not make.. How can I get these reversed?  Bell will not reverse them...
