I got a call saying that my F&M Bank account had been accessed by a third party, and press 1. On pressing nothing happened.I called the number back, but they were not very helpful. Apparently ATELKA the company that comes up with the phone number, wasn't very helpful.I have a strong feeling there is a scam afoot, and I am wondering how they intend to cash in.

Call is from customer service for Covad billing

Got a call from this number in a response to a complaint from FIDO cellular management.
The company is called Atelka, but it seems Fido uses, or IS this outfit in response to escalated customer complaints and who knows what else.
"Customer Service" from Telco Providers is commonly referred to as "Customer Deflection".

If you're a Fido customer with a problem, don't call *611 or "customer service" at Fido;
CALL THE BOSSES & Management if you want something done.
Not the know-nothing peons @*611 or CS.

I work for Atelka as a CSR. I also received a call from this number. I wouldn't be surprised if they are selling people's information for scams. Worst company to work for ever.

Got a call from this number- no message.  Got another call and they said they were from Rogers. I could barely understand and I'm on pay as you go so didn't want to waste the time trying to figure out what they wanted me to buy lol  I just hung up.
