I got a threatening phone call from a black male at 1:47 am asking me why i'm calling his girlfriend at night. *None of the above is true by the way. Why are these types of numbers allowed to ruin peoples lives.

Just got a call from this number, it showed up as Restricted, no one on the other end.

My dad called me using a phone card from the US and this number came up on my phone.  I'm in Ontario.
