This number calls my cell at 8 AM, and leaves no message.  My cell number is unpublished and I only give it to select people. I have no idea who this person/company is.

Picked up the phone and answered it in French/English. Caller hung up.

This is the second time someone has been "transferred" to our company to take care of financing.  (???)  We're an industrial ceramic company - dealing in the induction heating and mining industries.  This appears to be a foreign company with a glitch.
