Claimed his name was Antoine Barbeau. Wanted private info so that he could send me “a 182$ refund from La Regie des Rentes”. Sounded fishy. He left me a number to contact him. Did a 411 on said number, came up as a pub in Quebec City...

A guy call as Inspector Morin, he said it's important ??and he gave me a file number 724322??What the hell is that!

IS THIS GUY A SCAMMER?  HE SOUNDS REAL OFFICIAL AND IT FREAKED ME OUT TOTALLY, GOT THE MESSAGE ON MY MACHINE LATE IN THE DAY WHILE AT WORK...HAVE NOT CALLED BACK AND PROBABLY WON'T BASED ON WHAT I HAVE READ ABOUT HE FREAK...ANY BODY SOLVED THIS CASE? I OWE A LITTLE MONEY TO A LAWN COMPANY, CAN THIS BE A COLLECTOR?
