Got a call at 12:10PM EST, Did not answer, They did not leave a message.The number was 1-(506) 228-4568

I received a call on my cell phone at 12:30pm today April 8th. I didn't answer because I didn't recognize the number.  The phone number on my display was, as has been mentioned, 11 digits. The number that called me was from (506) 228-05212.

Credit Card scam company calling from New Brunswick, Canada

This company uses many ph#s over a period of time. I keep track of all my C/ID listings. I've received suspicious calls for the past year & half under 954, 904, 850, 407, 305, 506 & even 000 or so I've researched so far. They always have some spiel about trying to get my personal information. I usually tell them that I'm on the do-not-call-list & to remove my # from their list & when they call back I tell them that I've reported them to the FTC for donotcall violations. Report them to the Federal Trade Commission, Attorney General or the FBI. Report all the #s. Yes annoying, though if we don't fight back we're part of the problem not the solution.

This Canada credit card spoof organization is trying to get your personal information.  They leave a message to press 9 to be connected to a representative, but when you press 9, you are accepting a collect-call.
This will cost you BIG BUCKS.
It does not matter if you are on the do-not-call registry, because they do not originate their calls from US territory and are exempt from US rules.
