The caller I.D. was fake.  Disconnected number.  This call was a message "This is your last chance to lower your credit-card interest rates."  About the 5th time I have got such a last chance!  This fellow was really insolent.  He evaded my question as to which of my credit-card accounts he was calling about.  When I told him if it is a cold call I should be on his don't-call list, he just resumed his script:  ". . . so if you want lower interest rates, blah blah".  When I asked him to be sure to remove my number from his list because I'm not interested, he said "Oh, you like the high rates, then, do you?"

I recieved a call from this number as well.  They claimed it was my last chance to lower my interest rate.  They put me on hold and never came back.  I tried to return the call and got a disconnected number.  They stated they represented Visa and Mastercard.

Rec'd calls from this all the time. I am also on do not call list.
I told them once I concered this harassment. Did not seem to get anywhere with that. I don't have a card card and my truck is also to old. They still keep on call'n.
