Received call from this number 10/29/08 and when I answered there was a recording stating that this was my last chance to get lower interest rates on my account.  No identification was given and I pressed a #1 to wait to speak to a representative for more info.  No one came on the line.  My cell is listed under the Do Not Call registry and the call just gave me the creeps.
