BS about 'lower interest rates'. Repeated calls despite no call list and explicit request to remove number.

This d****ead won't stop calling...i ask to speak to his superviser..he hung up

Calls trying to sell me on lowering my credit card interest rate.  I asked company name they replied "card services" and that they are affiliated with VISA and Mastercard.  Obvious crap as visa and mastercard are clearing houses. I asked that they remove my name and never call me back and the guy stated he would disqualify me from the low interest rate, but never committed to stop calling.seams fraudlant, also call from (506) 220-4566

Not a real company.Called me Today I told them I don't have a credit card.Guy is speaking from his house with a headset on his head with a computer and a tracking phone magnet where if you were to call the number back it would read phone number not in services.

Tape recorded message that says this is my last chance to get a lower interest rate on my credit card.

I am receiving this call daily offering to lower my credit card rates...I don't know what to do about it since when you call the number back does not work, I am on the do not call list. Can someone help us with this problem so the calls will stop?
