Keep getting calls from them and they never leave a message.

RECEIVED A CALL FROM THESE PRICKS.SILENCE ON LINE WHEN I ANSWERED.
I PROMPTLY BLEW AIR HORN IN RECEIVER, THEN HUNG UP> FEELING MUUUCH BETTER
NOW! HA!!!

SCAM, Said they could lower credit card debt and needed card numbers.  Said they were "Credit Card Services".  SCAM  Number is located in New Brunswick Canada and not in service.

The answering machine picked up, and they hung up after message.

Have received 5 calls from this number.  My wife and I both have tried to answer the call and when we do there is no one there.  I did, however, press 1 and some women came on the line to tell me she could lower our credit card interest rate.  When I asked who she represented, she hung up the phone on me. Now, my wife does have a credit card from a "big bank" here in the states, and it says "Card Services" on the outside of the envelope, but it is obviously not these clowns.  I like the idea of having a whistle handy to blow into the phone.  May just get a small air horn.  That may have them think twice about calling me again.  I am also on the "Do Not Call List".
