I have pressed 1 and I have pressed 2, either way I get calls 1 to 3 times a week and I want it to STOP!!!!

They called me as well and asked confidential information.  Scam or thief.

I received a call from this number stating that this is my final warning about something or other (I've received this exact same call from them before though).  This time I hit 1 to speak to a representative, and I asked to be removed from their call list.  They hung up on me immediately.

Is there somewhere we can report them to?

Correction, it says Cell Phone NB (New Brunswick...?)

I never answer 506 phone calls anymore. The last few weeks has been a recording saying that "this is your final notice" to lower my credit card interest. It's always a recording and not even a human being.
