They had repeatedly tried calling me about lowering credit card rates.

I did nothing but hung up!

This call has come in several times as a recorded messages purporting to be my last chance at lowering credit card rates.  

I pressed 1 to speak to a representative to have my number taken off the calling list.  "Christina" hung up on me mid-sentence.

What is the recourse for phone calls like this one?

Received call from them on 2/20/09 10:40 PST. I did not answer and they did not leave a message.

Caller ID says "Canada Call" (506) 228-4561. Had to press 1 because "we have contacted you numerous times about you credit card balance", and to "press 1 to speak with a rep".  Played along and asked what card they are referring to and name on account, and they hung up.  This same # calls about 2x a week since February 2009. They always disconnect at any question you ask bearing on their operation, or my identity.  They call themselves "Credit Advantage" and they "service Visa and Mastercard".
