No message.  Caller ID shows Cell Phone NB.I called it back, and they said the number wa not assigned, and then said it in French.  Probably Canadian.

I called it back, and they said the number wa not assigned, and then said it in French.  Probably Canadian.

Does anyone know how to located the phone company that issued this number?  If I could find out the phone company(ies) that give phone numbers to these guys I would complaint to them to cutoff service.
