Got an automated call from (506) 220-4566 and decided to press 1 for more information to see if they were a scam. A guy came on the phone and asked for my name. I asked the name of the company and he hung up on me. The call came from Dorchester, New Brunswick.

We have recieved numerouse calls from this #(506) 224-4561  They used to leave a pre recorded message about our warranty going to expire. Now they just wait a minute until the machine picks up, then thay hang up. First of all we are registered with the Fed. do not call registry. This kind of harrasment is ILL-LEGAL!!!!

recorded msg. stating that my car warranty had run out. This is a business, so I knew immediately that it was a scamola.recorded msg. said I could push two and be removed from the call list.  And if anyone believes that one! LOL

And what's so stupid is that these overpaid and underworked trolls think that the more times they call, the more likely they'll break us down and submit; rather than strengthen our resolve against them and all their cohorts!

I keep getting these, too, early in the morning!  They never leave a message.  I tried to call back once and it said "this number is not assigned" then it continues in French.  Now I'm wondering how much the long distance call will cost me.  aaaargh!

This time the caller id was UNKNOWN last time, as I posted, it was WARRANTY SERVICE or something to that effect.
