Called me to lower my credit card debt ... jerks .. why do they call my cell and I'm on the do not call list as well need to file a complaint but to whom?

I ge3t calls from this number all the time no message!!!!!

So a credit company is calling to lower my credit card interest rates, FROM A CELL PHONE?????? Apparently the company is not solvent enough to invest in land line phones.

They've started calling my cell phone as well. Didn't answer but tried the number:

"is not assigned. Please check the number and try again." Then some message in a foreign language (almost sounds like french) 2-5. busy signal"

Pete M- I have gotten 13 calls from them since December 9, 2008 and even more before that. I do have all the numbers, dates, times and caller id info documented since Dec 9. Your response says to reply, to where?TO everyone- these people area horrible and it will not help to ask to be removed from the list because they are not a real company, they do not follow the 'do not call' lists. All my calls come from Florida. When they have not hung up on me or yelled at me they have always given me the company name 'Card Services'. Today they said Nationwide Warrenty Center.

Just got called... again. They call me several times a week for the last several months. Odd thing is I have occasionally "pressed 1" to speak to a representative, and then the line goes dead. SO, it is clear they do not really want to talk to me. But I don't get the point. They call me work/office number (which I do not use for personal business), and leave msgs on the voice mail, but when I pick up, no one comes on the line to sell me something, or to go phishing.
